2. OCI Biotech Limited is a medical research company that is presently developing an inhaler for lung inflammation caused by many viruses. Emil Malak serves as Chairman.
3. Rovabel Limited is a medical research company specializing in cancer. Emil Malak serves as Chairman.
4. Syncan Pharma Limited is a company that has developed a medical grade synthetic CBD. Emil Malak serves as Chairman.
5. Miccra is a nanotechnology company based in the Czech Republic. Emil Malak serves as Chairman.
6. RareX Minerals Inc, miming exploration company, presently in joint venture with Brazilian mining company that have over eight hundred thousand acres, rare earth, Lithium and Manganese. Emil Malak serves as CEO.
